I’ve been sewing since High school back in the 80s. I’ve been trying to find my way and sewing makes me feel good about myself and others. I’ve made pillows, quilts and other items but these projects bags are so much fun to make. I can’t wait to get behind Swen that’s my Viking sewing machine name and make pretty bags to put beautiful items inside. I once ordered a bag from someone who makes bags but when I received it in the mail it had a big hole in the seam that even I couldn’t fix and the fabric was dirty. From that moment on I vowed that all my bags would be high Quality and no one should have a crappy bag. I make each bag with care and I say good bye to everyone of them and tell them to say hi to the new owner and take care of the pretty things that will go inside. I know it’s silly but I want to know that each one of my bags is made with love and care. Thank you for listening to my story and I hope you enjoy the bags as much as I love making them.
