Frequently asked questions
Are your items handmade?
Yes! I start with yarn or other raw materials, create my own pattern and make each item by hand myself.
I have allergies. Are your items safe for me?
If you are concerned about allergies, please keep in mind that everything I create comes from a smoke-free workspace. Many wool free and vegan items are also available. Please contact me if you have any specific requests. I would love to make you something you love!
Are "sold out" items still available?
If you’d like to purchase an item that is sold out, please send me a message. I'll let you know if I am able to make an item that is very similar to the one you requested.
Do you offer custom orders?
I am happy to customize items, so don't hesitate to send me a message about a special item you have in mind. Items listed as "custom" or "made to order" are made as orders are placed, so please keep that in mind when ordering gifts for a special occasion.
Do you offer rush orders?
Please send me a message if you need an item by a particular date, and I will do my best to get it to you quickly.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
I do ship internationally. Please allow 30 days from the shipping date for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after 30 days from the shipping date, please contact me. Customs fees may apply and will be paid by the buyer.
Holiday Season Deadlines
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINE: Most orders placed by Saturday Dec. 10, 2022 should be delivered by Saturday, Dec. 24, 2022. Some items are ready to ship. Some items are made to order. Please contact me if you have questions or special requests about delivery time.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Unused items ordered in November and December, 2021 can be exchanged before Saturday, January 15, 2022 for another size, color or credit towards another item.
I'm thinking about returning or exchanging. What do I need to know?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery. You may also request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.
Refunds will be issued and exchanges will be shipped after I receive the returned item. Shipping costs and customs fees are not refundable. (Refunds will equal the item’s original price minus shipping.) Shipping cost for exchange items are paid by the buyer.
