Darren was very responsive and easy to work with on a recent custom order. The quality of the rack is excellent and came with helpful instructions for assembly. Overall my experience was great and I highly recommend Darren and his dowel racks. The only little caveat is that for my rack, which is on the larger side to accommodate 6’ canvases, the assembly was a little difficult — again because my rack is really tall and includes a top base for all of the dowels to line up and slide into. That part was a little tricky but I felt victorious when I finally got each dowel into position and tapped it in with the rubber mallet. The final product was definitely worth it.

This is a pretty flimsy design for what I wanted. Purchased to organize art pieces. Would work for posters but nothing too heavy. Wood quality and instructions are very good. Could use them to duplicate for yourself which would make the price more reasonable.
