Creating Quiet Tools for a Loud World
Hi, I'm the founder of DRAFT & DUST.
For a long time, I lived in the noise of an ADHD
mind and the weight of anxiety. I searched for
tools to help me ground myself — but everything
I found felt too loud, too rigid, or wrapped in
toxic positivity.
I needed something sober. Something raw.
A ritual, not a chore.
So I started making my own.
The Release Notice started as my own ritual —
a way to stop running from the thoughts I
couldn't say out loud, and finally let them go.
The Somatic Check-In was built for the moments
when my body was speaking and I didn't know
how to listen. The Glimmer Ticket came from
learning that safety doesn't arrive in dramatic
breakthroughs — sometimes it's just a cup of
warm coffee and five minutes of quiet.
These aren't templates.
They are the tools I made for myself,
and then decided to share.

DRAFT & DUST sits at the intersection of Dark
Academia aesthetics and practical psychology.
Grounded in somatic awareness, polyvagal theory,
and the quiet power of ritual — every tool here
is designed to help you hear yourself more
clearly. Without the noise, the performance, or
the pressure to feel better than you actually do.
Sober Healing is not about performing wellness.
It's about showing up for yourself — honestly,
deliberately, and with a little bit of ritual.
