Custom and personalized orders
Everything at my store is made to order.
We are happy to offer proofs, revisions and color samples to ensure that you are satisfied with your mug.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are not available for any custom or personalized products.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. Include an explanation and photo of the damage and we will gladly send you a replacement mug.
All products include package tracking at no additional charge, and shipping insurance is also included in every purchase.
We do not gift wrap at this time.

Our Premium Quality 100% white ceramic mugs are printed using a permanent heat sublimation process that ensures a vibrant, detailed design that won't chip or fade with normal use.
