This morning the customer sent me a picture of the one she thought she was ordering, which is from a different listing. Since she was able to send me a picture of the one she wanted (cobalt), the colors shown are accurate, it was an instance of the wrong item being ordered. I messaged the necessary information for the customer to complete an exchange.
