Announcement   While I do love hatching my dragons and every dragon is a true labor of love, there are times when I will be working on non-dragon projects or commissions.
I will continue to make as many Dragons as I can, and will list them as they are finished. I am no longer accepting commissions for custom dragons.
Please check Etsy for available pre-hatched dragons.

My Shoulder Dragons are designed to sit upon your shoulder, with their long tail wrapped around the back of your neck and over to the opposite shoulder/side, for balance. The wired arms and legs allow you to gently cup them to fit your shoulder, the wired fingers and feet also gently curve to help the dragon stay in place.

All my dragons are Artisan Hatched with Soft-sculpted faces, giving every dragon an unique personality all their own, I still hand-craft each dragon from my own designs and patterns.

The dragon hatching process includes - designing, cutting out, sewing, wiring, assembling, sculpting, adding horns, fur/feathers and painting.

Prices reflect added features, time involved, and cost of materials. Shipping costs will vary by location.

I still have many various dragon eggs to hatch, some are from retired patterns.
I will list the dragons in my Etsy shop, as they are hatched.

Also, per requests, I will modify a purchased dragon to be Vegan friendly. I can remove the fur or boa from any dragon and replace it with faux furs, and use man made cording instead of leather.

Unless there is a rush put on the sale, I ship the dragons out on Fridays.

Absolutely gorgeous! The artist always manages to find the perfect way to make patterns flow nicely across her dragons, and Cobblestone is no exception. Stitching is spot on, and as soon as the dragon hops out of the delivery box, you can notice they have very distinct personalities! Shipping is A++. Fast, and I really do appreciate that they're put in a closed bag for the packaging. My front porch does not have an awning, and with NC weather, you can never quite tell when it'll rain before I can get home to move it inside! He and Rune compliment each other very well and they're very attentive little critters who get lots and love and affection from visitors. They love Dungeons & Dragons night, but wish there were more dragons involved. ;)

Once upon a time … (more years ago than I’m willing to admit) my handsome husband, my talented daughters, a group of dear friends, and myself, decided to set up our tents and merchant our wares at select venues and local Renaissance Fairs. We sold our hand crafted creations, costumes, and jewelry. Then one day we decided to create and sell a few dragons- wow, they were very popular dragons. Thus we became Dragontry Dragons!

Shipping
When shipping within the United States I use USPS -Priority 2 day mail, with a delivery confirmation number and insurance. I try to do all shipping on Fridays, if you need a dragon quicker please contact me.

When shipping International...

Shipping International can be expensive; I must fill out all custom forms honestly –please don’t ask me to be untruthful. I have no control or responsibilities over any taxes, duties and custom fees you may be charged upon delivery to your country.

If your country is not listed, please contact me via Etsy and I will gladly calculate the shipping and add your country to the listing.

I have used both;
(Preferred)
USPS – Priority Mail International, 7-10 days, can be insured and tracked, well worth the extra cost.

( Can be used upon request)
USPS - First Class International package, less cost but no tracking, and up to 2 weeks or longer for delivery. While the package will have a customs number, that number only tracks the dragon until it leaves the US border, not once it lands in the country of destination, also the package cannot be insured...sort of risky, … literally – I have shipped them “with two wings and a prayer”. Thankfully they have not lost a dragon yet!
I will use this method only if requested and buyer understands the limitations.

I ask for your patience if a package takes longer than expected to arrive. And it may be even longer if it is inspected by customs.

Thanks for understanding,
Sherry- Dragontry
