Architecture is not about Space, but about Time and Memories. The places and people that made us smile, laugh to tears and even cry sometimes. DrawHouse is about putting that nostalgia up on a wall.
After completing my Masters in Architecture and working as an Architect for several years, in 2014, DrawHouse is my first venture in creating Art through Architecture! Having seen Art aficionados put up blueprints of their home on their walls, I thought, which is the one house I want to put up? The first one that I thought about was the one from Friends. That is when DrawHouse happened to me. I wanted to put my love for Architecture and TV together and couldn't resist sketching and using professional Architecture Software to draw them out.
Architectural drawings are minimalistic artwork that speaks volumes. It is a great way to remember and celebrate a great space that brings back so many wonderful memories. It is a great conversation starter and makes a beautiful piece of Art as well.
