This is an update to my original review….originally there was quite the miscommunication with shipping…the owner got back to me once they recognized the problem and solved it. They also threw in a few extras for the trouble. I could tell through our conversations that they really were apologetic. The machine itself has helped me a lot. Time wise I’d say it’s about the same as me making the locs completely by hand but it does save my wrist from twisting so much. I definitely recommend and am glad that the owner was willing to resolve the issue.

I can’t speak to the quality of the item because it was never shipped. I was in communication with the seller and was told they were traveling but they’d have it shipped out asap. Four days later after requesting an update and then a refund, the seller stated they couldn’t explain why the item wasn’t shipped and that it’s hard to find good help.
