Everything arrived fresh and sealed. I ordered the chocolate croissants, plain croissants, and brown sugar toaster pastries. They're all DELICIOUS! This was a HUGE treat for this Celiac who has to eat gluten free.

These are delicious when the craving strikes. I wish they had savory flavors too (like prosciutto Gruyère). Definitely recommend if you are gluten free and missing croissants in your life!

Dedicated gluten free bakery

Dream Bakery is a dedicated gluten free bakery located in Austin, TX. Owner Karen has been gluten free since she was a toddler and has over 40 years of gluten free baking experience. She spent 20+ years in corporate America but always dreamed of having a bakery where she could share her creations. Then, she was laid off from her job in 2016. That same week her grandfather passed and left her some money. She decided it was now or never and so Dream Bakery was born, quickly expanding from the original storefront into a larger commercial kitchen and a vintage Airstream food trailer.

This is our first venture into shipping our baked goods, but we certainly hope you will enjoy!
