About Us:
We are a Mother/Daughter Team offering a variety of Channeled Readings, Intuitive Portraits, Distance Reiki and Energy Clearing Sessions, Dream Interpretations, Past Life Readings, Mediumship Readings, Oracle and Tarot Readings, Crystals, Handmade Soy Candles, Handmade Aromatherapy Sprays, Hand Crocheted Pouches, Intuitive Development Courses, our own Books, and more.
Ellen:
My husband and I live in Eastern North Carolina and have been married for 30+ years. We have been blessed with two sons, one daughter, a son-in-law, two daughters-in-law and two precious granddaughters. I am a retired school teacher and enjoy reading about and researching a number of topics. Dreams, spirituality, healthy living, and alternative healing modalities are among my favorites. Upon my retirement from teaching, my husband encouraged me to follow my passion for dream work and I became certified in Dream Interpretation
and Spiritual Guidance from Atlantic University in Virginia Beach, VA.
I have been channeling privately and working with my dreams for many years.
Kelly:
I was born and raised in North Carolina, which will always be home. Once I
married my husband, his military career took us to Texas for four years before
being stationed in Florida. While living in North Carolina and Texas, I taught
middle school English and creative writing. I'm currently able to stay at home
with our two little girls, giving me the opportunity to join my mom here at BringForth the Light.
Along with spirit channeling and communicating with earthbound souls, I
am an artist specializing in graphite portraits, have written three novels in
my "Shadows" series, co-authored a collection of inspirational short stories
with my dad titled "Chew on This," am a certified crystal therapist and reiki practitioner, and am actively pursuing an aromatherapy certification.

How do you channel and what is a channeled reading?
Channeling is simply receiving information from Spirit through our thoughts and sharing what 'comes through'. For a channeled reading, you may pose a question or you may just want a general reading with no specific question. Once I receive your request, I clear my mind of outside distractions, focusing on your question/reading, and allow myself to type whatever 'comes to me' through my thoughts.
We all channel. Whenever you have an inspired thought, you have channeled. It is a natural process that we all engage in every day.
You do not offer refunds, but you do offer cancellations. What does that mean?
We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure your satisfaction.
How will I receive my Readings?
Your Readings will be sent to you through the email address that you provided through Etsy within 2-4 days of receipt. If you prefer a different email address, please let us know. We will notify you through Etsy Message once we have emailed your reading to you.
