To all our valued customers,
We have used "Sw" the top brand crystal and pearls since we commenced business in 2014, feedback from our customers have indicated that this was the right choice. Due to a very big change in Sw’s distribution methods we had to apply to "Sw" to become an accredited user of their products.
We are pleased to announce that we have been accepted by "Sw" and have had to sign an agreement to comply with all their requirements, which included not using "Sw" in any of our marketing materials.
So you won’t see our crystal and pearls described as "Sw" however, be assured that they are as they are the best available and we will certainly continue using them The Finest Austrian crystal and pearls in all of our jewelry.
Please feel confident that we will always provide quality jewelry to all our valued customers.

We will be making and posting orders over the holiday period, except on public holidays. While most destinations are open, please carefully read our Shipping Policy to confirm if shipping is available to your desired destination, if unsure please convo me.

Dream Island Jewellery designs are created using Finest Austrian crystals, pearls and high-quality Cubic Zirconia crystal components. Almost all of our earring hooks or posts are Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled, Gold-plated, Rose Gold plated and Rhodium plated metal. They are hypoallergenic, Lead and Nickel Free.

Can I track my purchase?
Yes! We will advise you of your tracking number when your item has been posted. You can track either with Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) or your own countries postal service.
* Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as we will post to the address you have advised, we will not accept responsibility for any losses in transit.
What is the quickest delivery?
By using Express Post, great if you are on a tight schedule, delivery times are reduced to between 1 - 4 days, depending on location.
An Express Shipping Upgrade is available at the drop-down menu at the checkout.

How accurate are the delivery estimate times?
We base these on what Australia Post advises and our experience. In most cases purchases arrive within the stated times but always be aware of customs delays, public holidays and adverse weather conditions which all can impact significantly on delivery times.

* Lead times are between 1-3 business days.
* Purchases are dispatched Monday to Friday.
What type of materials do you use in your designs?

How can I care for my jewellery?
Jewellery pieces are delicate items and should be treated with care. When wearing jewellery avoid any kind of moisture or spraying directly with perfume which could tarnish or change the colour of your jewellery. We recommend you occasionally wipe your jewellery and store in zip lock bags.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my items are beautifully boxed for free and securely packed to ensure no damage while in transit. Gift wrapping is available for a small fee at the checkout. Many thanks!
