I very was very pleased: not only did my order arrive in such a timely fashion, but it also arrived in pristine condition. Being that this print was coming from overseas, I worried about what kind of shape I might be in upon arrival. The print was packaged very, very well. The seller was very pleasant to deal with, too. A big Thank You to Dmytro and Iuliia for such a wonderful item.

Packaging & Shipping
Your artwork will be wrapped safely and shipped by registered airmail with tracking number. Please note, the postage need to be handled personally. If you aren't at home on the day of delivery, please, don't forget to pick it up from your post office.
The hand-cut artwork will be will be beautifully wrapped, put into a clear polypropylene bag between two sheets of thick cardboard and shipped to you in envelope.
If the package is damaged or lost
Postal service is responsible to deliver the package safe and sound, but sometimes, they don't handle postages with care. When something happened with the artwork, it's only their fault, not yours or ours.
But we don't want to leave you alone in such disagreeable situation.
Don't worry, if the artwork is lost or damaged during the shipping we'll make and send you another one for free.
In case you filled a wrong shipping address or did't pick up the package from the post office until it's shipped back, we could resend you the artwork at your expense. Please, double check the shipping address and pick up your artwork in time.
Refunds
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
If for some reason you wish to return your paper cut, we'll make a refund (minus PayPal fees, Etsy fees, shipping fee and additional costs for shipping) after receiving the item in the original condition.
