Announcement   The new 1:12 scale miniature mangoes are here! The ones in this batch are Kent mangoes, and they are available in all classic mango cuts. I will also be doing a fresh batch of Tommy Atkins mangoes once they are back in the grocery store here.

ART PRINTS
I will be taking down the current POD art prints over the next week and replacing them with pre-printed archival giclee prints with eco-friendly (bamboo and rubberwood) frame options, so please contact me if you're interested in one of my prints.

~~~
I work in a wide variety of mediums from sculpting to painting to fiber arts. The vast majority of my work features plants and animals with a focus on threatened species.
I also miniaturize *everything* because who can say no to the adorableness of wee little things? Unless otherwise noted, all my miniatures are 1:12 scale.
About
Nature-based Arts and Crafts
My work is created at my family farm on Whidbey Island. The farm is home to a menagerie of critters that inspire, and in some cases, even directly contribute to my art.
All the goose eggs I use are laid by our geese; and our Pygora goats, Newfoundland, and Golden Retriever occasionally lend their fiber for felted critters. Any feathers used in my art are naturally molted from my birds.
The plants also help out by serving as models and sometimes canvases. All the gourds, herbs, and flowers I use for my art are grown here on my farm, and the many other varieties of fruits and vegetables serve as models for miniatures and paintings.
The farm's cultivated land is surrounded by native Pacific Northwest forests, a stunning ecosystem that helped to grow my passion for protecting biodiversity both in cultivated gardens and wild ecosystems.
On my farm I work with preserving heirloom plant varieties. I also enjoy sharing the beauty of these varieties through my art along with animals ranging from heritage livestock breeds to exotic endangered species.
Frequently asked questions
How are international orders shipped?
Unless otherwise requested, international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service. Delivery time varies by country and this value shipping method does not include insurance.
If you need expedited shipping, are placing a large order, or live in an area with unreliable shipping service, please choose the Priority Mail International option.
Because of the lack of insurance coverage, I cannot replace lost or damaged international orders unless they are shipped via Priority Mail International, which includes tracking, insurance, and typically arrives in six to ten days.
