Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
All of my items are custom made. Therefore, I can only offer exchanges - not returns - on items that arrived damaged (see next FAQ).
I realize that purchasing the larger prints sizes (20x24 and above) or canvas gallery wraps is an investment for my clients. I am happy to send a free small proof of the image upon request before a purchase is made. Just send me a message.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If this happens, I will certainly replace your order. Just send me a picture of the damaged art and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will send a replacement.
Shipping Costs?
I am now offering free shipping on all of my photography prints (excluding canvas gallery wraps) to my U.S. based customers!
Canvas Gallery Wrap Information - Manufacture and Shipping Times
It normally takes 3-5 business days for my canvas wraps to be manufactured, then 5-7 business days for delivery, unless you request expedited delivery for an additional fee.

I live outside of the United States. Do I have to pay custom fees?
Yes, custom fees are paid by the customer and vary by country.
Do you offer digital downloads?
In general, no, but please contact regarding your project.
Are your prints original?
Yes, all of the photographs in my shop are taken solely by me. I have been a photographer since my teens, and have been selling professionally since 2010. In 2017, I transitioned from my previous career in information services to travel photography full-time. I typically travel 3-5 times a year to various locations.
I am currently shooting with a Canon EOS R system and various Canon L series lenses to ensure the highest photographic quality for your prints.
Shipping Questions?
I offer free shipping on both my photographic prints as well as canvas gallery wraps. My prints are shipped via USPS and can take up to 15 business days to arrive as of 2021. It rarely takes this long for a shipment to reach you, but should your print still be in transit after 15 business days, please contact me.
I can upgrade shipping options for an additional fee:
Fedex Ground 1-6 business days : $19.00
Fedex 2-day (Business days) : $25.00
If you would like to upgrade, please contact me before or shortly after your order as I try to maintain a quick turnaround between orders and ship dates. Thank you!
