The shirt is definitely nice quality, but just not truly red. It’s almost a burnt orange. I can’t find a shirt for my son to be Calvin anywhere, but I wish I went with something else. It looks like their old style was truly red. The new one is not. I think $30 is definitely, very expensive for this shirt. Should be $15 tops.

I believe that the true measure of customer service is what happens when something goes wrong. In this case when a mistake was made it was handled beautifully, rapidly and professionally.
