I started on Etsy as a buyer in 2010, so I understand how good communication, great photos, accurate descriptions, quality items, and excellent customer service are essential for my loyalty and repeat business.
I began selling items here on the spring of 2011. My goal is to meet and exceed your expectations! You will receive prompt communication, excellent customer service, and a quality item with every purchase. Your package will arrive with a personal note of thanks and a copy of your invoice. Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and beautifully presented. I delight in surprising buyers with little extras that give you all the charm and nostalgia of a small-town boutique experience right here on Etsy!

PayPal is my preferred method of payment for your security and ours. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal, credit cards are accepted without a Paypal account.
I do not accept money orders or cashier's checks. Please, do not ask.
USPS to your Confirmed Paypal address.
I ship using reused/recyclable mailers and packing materials whenever possible.
If you have purchased an item for a gift, please let me know in notes to the seller at check out. Your item will arrive beautifully wrapped and ready for giving!
Items are typically shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on final shipping weight.
Please contact me prior to check out if you need Express Shipping, as this is the only 'rush' service that is guaranteed by the USPS for delivery within 1-2 business days. A custom order or reserve listing will be created just for you with the appropriate shipping fee for your item(s).
All items will be shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation.
I am happy to combine shipping on multiple items to reduce your shipping cost.
International Orders: Please contact me prior to check out for correct shipping charges. Items ship by Priority Mail International. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
For handmade items: If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within 72 hours of delivery. I am more than happy to make it right. The item in question may be returned within 10 business days in the original, unused, and undamaged condition for a full refund of the original purchase price minus shipping.
Please use your item for its intended purpose and wash following the recommended care instructions provided with your purchase! Please notify me if there are any defects in your handmade item during its natural lifetime.
For Vintage items: All sales are final unless the item was damaged during shipping. I describe all items as accurately as possible with a detailed item description and photos. If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact me before you make your purchase.
Shipping fee charges greater than $1.50 over the actual shipping fee incurred by Dreaming Tree Farm will be returned to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
Dreaming Tree Farm will not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS. If you would like additional insurance for your order, please contact me prior to check out.
Dreaming Tree Farm will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

Where appropriate, handmade items have been pre-washed using Dreft or Country Save Laundry Detergent.
As you may have read in my bio, I do have cats in our home, so please take this into account prior to purchase.
The origin of vintage items cannot be accounted for and thus are not guaranteed to be from a pet-free or smoke-free home.
