Buyers have a certain time-frame in which they are able to leave a review, and in conjunction with this function the Etsy system will send out “reminders” if a review has not been left. Dreamtraveler247 considers reminders of this nature to be intrusive and would like to assure all buyers that any “review reminder” emails or messages that they may receive from Etsy DO NOT originate from this shop. I hate being nagged (spammed) just as much as you do!

Welcome to my one woman shop, "Dreamtraveler247". Each of my handmade pieces is one of a kind and I only post what is available now and ready to ship.

I thoroughly enjoy creating jewelry and other art and do it as a form of relaxation or when the spirit of imagination and creativity moves me. Customer satisfaction is important to me, which is why I make each piece as though I were making it for myself.

PAYPAL is still the preferred the method of payment accepted and is usually processed instantly. If you want to use a CREDIT CARD you CAN check out with one via PAYPAL. You don't have to have a PayPal account to do that.

Shipping
~ I ship to your confirmed PayPal or Credit Card address ONLY. ~

Your purchase will ship within 1-4 days of the original order/payment received date in most situations, and very often on the very same day when I see the order/payment received during post office hours of operation.

I only post items for sale that are available now. Some orders may take up to 5 to 7 days to be processed and shipped (I repeat...shipped, not received) especially during holidays. Please check my shop announcement for notice about any vacations, which would change this shipping time frame.

All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in a bubble envelope or a new or re-purposed box (or both), or mailing tube, depending of course, on the particular item.

Your purchase will be sent to you via USPS (United States Post Office) First-Class mail, usually insured, sometimes non-insured (subject to change at my discretion), and always with a CONFIRMATION / tracking number. Occasionally, I ship items via Fed-Ex...if I deem it necessary.

Occasionally a signature may be required at delivery (subject to my discretion). Deliveries to Corporate / Company / Business mail rooms will require a signature.
A signature requirement can delay delivery times if no one is available to sign for the package. I will let you know if I am requiring a signature at delivery.

I am a good and honest person and I sell and ship my items to buyers in good faith.
I always give people the benefit of the doubt, and think the best of them, until proven otherwise.

Great care and consideration is taken in the packaging of any item I send. All items are mailed directly from the counter INSIDE the post office (or Fed-Ex). It is very important to me that that my items arrive at your door in the condition they were in when sent by me. Email/message me if there is a real and unusual problem.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that the mailing address you send to me is a SAFE and SECURE destination. It will be the buyer's responsibility to pursue and conclude any and all claims of damage or loss DIRECTLY WITH THE POST OFFICE OR SHIPPING COMPANY using the tracking (or insurance) number I've messaged to you (as told to me by the USPS). If (IF) I can be of help tracking an order, I will try. PURCHASE OF AN ITEM SIGNIFIES FULL UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
The customer/buyer is responsible for all duties/customs fees, taxes and any other fees imposed by their country that are incurred on a package. Please find out about your country's policies and make sure you agree with them before ordering.

International deliveries are beyond my control once I mail them at the post office.
I cannot affect the customs process in your country nor control any unexpected delays due to weather, etc. Items stuck in customs can often take over 1 month or more to arrive.

*PLEASE NOTE:
My shipping prices include the cost of packaging materials.
I try to keep the cost down, within reason. However, these prices
are subject to change, depending on what is being sent, the quantity,
the required packing materials, etc.

**Where it says "WITH ANOTHER ITEM" means with another (similar) item in the SAME category and of the same or similar weight and size, shipped in the SAME package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final, due to the one-of-a-kind, unique nature of my items. No exchanges. No refunds. Thank you.

That said, I want you to be happy with your item(s), so please contact me immediately upon receiving your purchase only if there is a real and unusual problem, to give me the opportunity to work with you to make things right.

If we mutually decide on a return/refund (after you have taken photos of the problem and emailed the photos to me, as proof), the unused, not worn, not damaged by you or your pets or anyone...item must be returned to me in EXACTLY the same packaging and packaged the same way it was sent to you, with shipping confirmation and tracking number and insured (if I sent it to you insured) within seven days of your receiving the package, before I will issue a refund. Whether or not I also return the cost of shipping to you, will depend on the situation. I am a fair and honest person and I expect you to be the same.

Please read my item descriptions thoroughly and look at the photos before you decide to purchase. Each item is described in detail to the best of my knowledge, including any flaws, so please do take the time to read the whole description.
Additional policies and FAQs
JEWELRY:
I take pride and special care in creating each piece of jewelry. I never send anything I am not happy with myself, to a customer. Having said that, please be aware that due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, pieces may contain slight imperfections and subtle differences from order to order (making them all the more charming, in my opinion). Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade jewelry are identical.

BRACELETS: Please measure your wrist with a tape measure or piece of string (mark the string then measure the string with a ruler), and keep in mind whether you would like to wear it snug or loose.

CARE: Please store your beaded items in a dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. (Sunlight is ok when you're wearing it, just don't leave it in the sun for long, long hours or days at a time.)

Only high quality materials are used in my creations; however, many types of beads can tarnish, change, or even loose their color if stored in high moisture, heat or sunlight. Also, such conditions might damage the thread, making it brittle.

A soft surface will prevent beads, crystals and gemstones items from chipping. scratching or breaking.

Avoid dropping or tossing your beaded jewelry onto hard surfaces.

DO NOT expose beaded jewelry to HAIRSPRAY, PERFUME or any other CHEMICALS, including SOAP and other DETERGENTS, LOTIONS, DISINFECTANTS, etc. (Apply perfume, hairspray, lotions, etc., and let dry first BEFORE putting on your jewelry.)

Do not wear it when doing dishes, taking showers or swimming. Make sure to take it off before going to bed. (I wear mine anyway while doing all kinds of things and they're holding up beautifully, BUT, like with anything handmade, just be careful with it. A little common sense goes a long way.)

When properly cared for beaded jewelry will last for many years to come and may even stay in your family for generations.

PHOTOS:
New: Are un-matted and un-framed. Your photo will NOT have the watermark when it arrives at your door.

VINTAGE: Are as stated in description.
