Welcome to my tiny spot on Etsy!

Hi there! I'm Zerlina and I am the owner and creator of Lily Razz. The idea behind my products started to take shape when I was faced with the challenge of finding unique, high-quality baby decor products (I call them the 'plastic years') I started creating nursery decorations by hand, searching for sustainable materials that would fit the dreamy items I wanted to make.

Several years later the I still love to design and create, and really find joy in the connection I make with my customers.
My products are handmade, so every item is unique and one-of-a-kind, and made with a whole lot of love!

Returns and exchange details
If you would like to cancel your order please convo me so I can update your order cancellation correctly through Etsy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in original packaging prior to refund being issued. Please request refund within 14 days of delivery date. The product listing amount and any sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payments can be made through pay-pal, credit cards or Etsy Gift Cards.

I ship with track & trace. You can always ask for an upgrade for express shipping.

Gift wrap is possible. If you are shopping for a gift, and decide to ship directly to the recipient, you can also include a personal note from you to the recipient. All you have to do is let me know the message and I will include it.

Europe: 7-21 days
USA and Asia: 14-27 days
Australia: 7-21 days

I make it my priority to ship within 1-3 business days. However, sometimes it happens that there's a delay in international shipments. I cannot influence this (I wish I could!) so please let me know when you need an item before a specific date.
Additional policies and FAQs
Plushies/softies/pillows are designed with little ones in mind. While there are no buttons, bows, or other embellishments, please still check the item for tears, or other choking hazards, regularly. Facial features are embroidered to reduce the risk to young children, nevertheless children younger than 36 months must be supervised at all times when using one of my items.
