Again, hi everyone!

Let me tell you a little bit about Dreamy Gallery and how it started. Around three years ago (2018), I started to developed my love on the process of how to make candles. I had a full time job as a District Manager and I made time to research and learn about waxes, wicks, and all the tricks to make candles.

By June 2019, I decided to start making candles for family and friends. My partner help me and support me throughout this process. I participated on my first ever farmer's market that same year during August. Everything was going great and on November of that same year, I decided to quit my job to focus 100% on my candle business. It was not a very difficult decision to make specially because my partner was with me all the time and also because we had some savings lol

On December 2019, it was the best month ever. We decided to do a pop up at a mall and it turned out fantastic. I was over the moon on the excitement and motivation.

When 2020 began, I close a couple of deals with other small businesses and I started to provide wholesale. Then the pandemic hit and everything started to go horrible. Events closed and there was no pop ups or any sort of activities happening.

I got super worry and started to focus on my online shop instead. I noticed there was a demand for hand sanitizers and facemask so I acted quickly and order thousands of bottles to make hand sanitizers and also ordered all the materials I needed to make hand sanitizers. Dreamy Gallery was able to provide thousands of hand sanitizers around the U.S. We even close a deal with a company to provide hand sanitizers to their workers. People started asking for facemasks and my parents knew how to sewed because they used to work in the sewing industry back in the day.
So we went to bulk cotton fabric and started making facemasks. We were getting offers from trucking companies because their works needed to have enough in order to start working. It got to the point that we needed to outsource and find more people to help us. We included my partner's parents and it was great because we were all helping each other.

Thankfully, we survived the pandemic one way or another. Either with candles, hand sanitizers, or facemasks.

On October 2020, I decided to focus again on my candles and also wanted to share my knowledge with fellow candle makers. So I decided to join Facebook groups to share my opinions about their concerns.

Now in 2021, my candle business keeps growing and I know I will get where I want to be. I feel that not only do I have the support from my family and friends but also the self-motivation that I need.
