Very cute and quality made shirt and amazing customer service. I found this shop a couple days before my sons birthday and messaged to see if it was even possible to meet my last minute request. The shop owner replied right away and the shirt was mailed within an hour of me placing the order, arriving a couple days later just in time for my sons birthday!

One Woman Shop 8500 sales

I started my little hobby on Etsy in 2008 when my daughter was born. Since then, I have been able to quit my real job in the corporate world and focus all of my time on my family and growing my business. I was an Etsy award nominee in 2014 and pride myself on 100% positive feedback.

I am a one woman shop and have been creating and selling on Etsy for 10 years.

I maintain 100% positive feedback on over 9500 sales.

Each shirt design I make is customized so no need to request a custom listing for images on shirts;. simply note the details of your order in the MESSAGE TO SELLER section at checkout (this includes design details/ font colors/ name or saying/ digit on the design)

I can send art proofs prior to production if one is request in the Message to Seller section at checkout.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
No refunds. Period. If you are the type to order something online and return it once it arrives - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MY SHOP! If an item is floating around in the mail system and does not reach you in the time you need it, I am not responsible and no money will be refunded. You will receive tracking when the item ships, after that its out of my control. I am human and occasionally make mistakes. If you find a gross error in your item (name misspelled, wrong birth year - you MUST CONTACT ME within 24 hours of package delivery - period! You cannot wait 4 weeks and then say you just opened it the day before the party and want a refund. Period. I've been selling on etsy for 10 years and I know all the tricks.
Payment due with purchase. No cancellations /changes after purchase. All sales are final. I do not accept returns. Period.
I ship first class with delivery confirmation. Most items ship within 7 business days, some sooner. I ship with delivery confirmation and tracking. If you prefer the package be insured, please request a special listing and the shipping cost will be an additional $10.

I do not work for the post office and therefor do not guarantee delivery. In the rare occasion a package is lost in transit, this issue is with the Post Office, not me. I do not work for the post office. You will receive tracking info with every package that ships to you from my shop. I am not responsible for shipping delays especially once you've received tracking showing the items has left my possession.

Please double check your child's measurements before requesting the size you'd like. I will not be able to accept returns based on buyers errors or size issues.

Most girls items have a size chart posted in the listing photos.

I use a variety of shirt brands for Boys and adults tees. I do not make size suggestions.

Deadline on your end:
If you need by a specific date, this must be noted in Message to Seller at checkout, and only after I have confirmed i can meet your deadline. Any detail/specific requests made outside of your purchase must be NOTED IN MESSAGE TO SELLER SECTION AT CHECKOUT. I do not go by convos when I am sewing, I go by the notes you leave in your invoice.
