This is one of the fullest most unique tattered silk dance skirts ever! The owner was super helpful, very communicative, and a consummate professional. I would definitely do business again!

Thank you for purchasing original vintage clothing & handmade designs from DressZeppelin! Each item has been selected or created with quality in mind. We photograph, inspect, describe & ship each item carefully. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

We accept paypal and money orders.

We will confirm your order within a few business days of receiving a payment/payment cleared notice. We ship your items within 3-5 business days from then. We notify you when items are mailed, or if there is a delay. *during times of holiday, illness,or rare/unforeseen events.

Does shipping seem high to you? It does to us also-but please remember shipping is not just postage-it is the care with which we handle every item.

We want your purchase to arrive in the best possible condition.

We: Inspect everything numerous times, checking it is exactly as we described. We Pack carefully, using materials that will protect your item, hold up during travel and which are recycled when possible. Most packages are insured and include delivery confirmation.

Shipping to US:
With a few exceptions on smaller items- most US mail is shipped Priority.

Shipping to Canada, Mexico & Overseas:
Items sent to Canada/Mexico & Overseas are sent USPS First-Class Mail® International Package. We retain copy's of customs form, with claim information should you need it.

Other shipping arrangements: Contact us before placing your order if you would like arrangement other than USPS.

Custom shipping quote: Do you need a custom shipping quote for your country? Contact us before you place your order-and we will provide one for you.

Duties/Import Taxes:
Customer is responsible for paying import taxes/duties/fees collected at customs according to law of each country. Invoices with the required information re: merchandise value is included inside each package sent. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately via etsy convo. We want to find a solution.

If you are in the US, Canada or Mexico return policy is as follows:

Any clothing item may be returned (if you are unhappy with the fit/color/etc) To receive full refund-item must be put in return mail within as soon as possible (5-7 business days after receiving) ithout showing signs of wear/altering/washing. We request that you ship items back in the original/similar packing- to reduce change of damage. Once we receive the item in the same condition as it was sent, your purchase price will be refunded (minus your shipping and/or Pay Pal fees) *Please consider insuring item for its full value. Items damaged in the mail-due to improper packing and/or lack of insurance-will not be refunded. *Buyer pays shipping fee on all returned items.

*International customers-we can't return items that have been shipped overseas-so please make your purchases carefully!

Damage: We pack carefully to avoid damage, but it still can occur. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via etsy convo if your item arrived damaged in the mail. We insure many of our packages. We will make arrangements with you to repair, replace, or refund the item.
