After your approval, I will list it and send you a convo telling you it is ready for purchase. I will start on your order after you make the purchase. READY TO SHIP ORDERS:
All Ready to Ship items will ship in 1 to 3 business days from purchase date. Orders for up to four items will ship USPS 1st Class.
All other Items are Made to Order:
Made to Order items require at least 4 to 7 business to make and ship. If your order is for multiple items it may take longer. Please contact me before you purchase if you need them sooner and I can let you know if I can meet your date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item does not arrive safely, and there is damage, please contact me and let me know if you want a replacement, shop credit, or a refund. You will have to send the damaged product back to me or at least send me a picture of the damaged product. This must be done within one weeks of receiving it.
If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, please let me know ASAP. I will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve it.
ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE:
If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, please let me know ASAP. I will gladly give you a refund minus your shipping fees. You do need to return the product back to me within two weeks of notifying me.
If I made a mistake on your order, You can choose a refund including your shipping cost, or replacement if I have the same materials available, or shop credit.
