Information about your purchase:
Your items will be created especially for you. Unworn and untouched by any hands other than my own. I'll make your item upon receipt of payment, and ship it to you in approximately one week. My items are handmade by me, so there will be slight variations compared to the item pictured. If you are interested in other color combinations or options, make sure to send me a message to see what I have available.
Also! I do my absolute best to when photographing my items to accurately capture the colors of the yarns, fabric, and trim. Each computer monitor is slightly different, so colors may vary. If you are not sure about the color, send me a message prior to purchaseand I'll answer any questions you may have.

*You don't need to have a PayPal account in order to use Paypal. Simply click the PayPal button at Check Out. You will be directed to the main page of PayPal. Simply choose the option to the left to sign in as a guest and pay with your Credit or Debit Card.

Each purchase is wrapped ready for gift giving, and then placed in a water resistant envelope. I take a lot of care to package your items, therefore I cannot be held responsible for damaged purchases due to shipping and/or delivery. Please message me if you encounter a problem with the USPS, so we can work on a resolution that is benefical for everyone. Unless I am given other instructions, I will use the shipping address provided by Etsy.
All Domestic purchases are sent either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Both shipping methods will have Delivery Confirmation Service, this way we can track your package's jopurney to you, and I can make sure you received your item. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact me for a shipping price adjustment prior to purchase.
All International purchases are sent either First Class or Priority International Mail. You are responsible for any and all Customs fees. If you would like tracking, I will be happy to send your item registered mail for an additional fee. Please contact me for a price adjustment, prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love the items I created for you. Purchases are refundable, provided you contact me with in 48 hours of receiving your items. The items must be unused, and in the condition you received it in. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. You will need to ask for Delivery Confirmation Service when mailing the package at the post office. I must be provided with that tracking number. If you would like me to send you additional photos or fabric swatches (where applicable) prior to purchase, please message me directly for assistance.
