I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 15 days your purchase to discuss a refund on the purchase price. Generally we offer full refunds, however, shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer will kindly pay return shipping.. Please return the item in the original packing in a timely, if the item is not received by Drip Drop Acres within thirty days of the date of sale, it will not be accepted for a refund. It may still be used to store credit, or replaced with another item.
If any order is damaged in shipping, please notify and send pictures of the damaged item in a timely manor, so that we may work to replace the item.

Payment
The shop accepts most any form of payment Etsy will allow. We will not ship an order until payment is recieved.
Shipping
Generally we ship USPS first class mail. Items usually ship within 1-3 business days, depending on confirmation of payment receipt. We can also ship FedEx or UPS if requested, it may however, affect shipping charges.
For International orders, buyer is responsible for all customs or extra taxes associated with shipping beyond the borders of the United States.
For custom orders, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
