Hi Catherine, so glad you liked the card! I agree that the holiday rush can play a part in slower transit in December. Shipping from my little Northeastern island in Canada down to the western coast of US can take up to 2 weeks at the best of times, hopefully you didn’t haven’t to wait much longer than that.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer custom dogs?
Unfortunately, no. The breeds I have available are all shown in my shop. The artwork cannot be customized or recolored.
Text and certain accessories such as hats can be added or removed if requested and approved before purchasing. Existing dogs can also be paired up together. There is an additional fee for these alterations.
Can you make dog cards for other occasions?
Yes! Text and select accessories can be added or removed on all cards for any occasion. Sympathy, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Anniversary, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanks, etc. Personalization fees start at $1 CAD.
Where are the cat cards?
They’re coming! Slowly.
What is processing time?
Processing time: it takes 1-3 days to print, package and put your order in the mail. Normally I go to Canada Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so cards are dispatched 1-3 days after ordering. Any exceptions will be listed on the main page in my shop announcement. Shipping time is a totally separate thing from processing time.
What is shipping time?
Shipping normally takes 8-15 business days within Canada and to the US. Usually 8-25 business days to the UK & Europe. 14-30 business days to Australia, Asia, etc. Tracking costs an additional $18+ USD depending on location and can be added to your chosen listing upon request.
I’m located in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. Postal services worldwide are still experiencing prolonged shipping delays and delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
Do you sell the cards you post on Instagram & Facebook here?
I can! Just send me a screenshot of the card you’re looking for and if it’s available I’ll set up a custom listing. Cards posted before 2018 may be discontinued but it never hurts to ask.
Can you personalize my card?
That depends! Text can be replaced or customized for an additional fee (starting at $1 CAD.) A message can be printed inside the card for a separate fee as well. Dogs & cats shown on my page can be paired up but recoloured/custom pets are not available. Certain accessories can be added or removed (ie: roses, bandanas, hats.)
EACH personalization option incurs an additional fee with the exception of recoloured birthday hats on the dogs.
