FAQ
How are these backdrops hung?
Usually, all of our vinyl drops are meant to be clamped to the top of a stand for easy access. They do not come with a pole pocket (unless you order fabric), but we can add grommets to the vinyl material for $3 apiece. However, we've had customers who've done some DIY magic and use Velcro, 3M strips, heavy-duty tape or push pins into a wall to display their drops at their events/shoots.
Our drops have a 1/2" white border around the edges from our printers. Here is a good place to put any holes if need be. This is a "last resort" sort of solution though!

Do you have any sizes larger than 6' x 8'?
Unfortunately, our vinyl printers do not have the capabilities to print much larger. The largest we can print on one side is 6 feet. However, the other side can be (almost) any size you want!
I want to order a custom piece, roughly how long does it take?
Once a custom order has been placed creating the design along with your approval takes 1-2 business days, after your approval production time is 7-10 business days, and after production, shipping time is around 2-3 business days (shipping time varies based on location).
What size does my image or logo have to be to be printed?
We ask that images or logos be 300 dpi or a vector file. The image types we accept are: jpeg, pdf, png, and eps or ai files (eps / ai recommended). "Outline" all typography, strokes, gradients, etc. before sending an eps or ai file. Once an order has been placed we can provide an email to send your images to.
How do you ship?
All vinyl drops are shipped rolled (never folded)! All fabric drops are shipped folded up and placed in a bag. Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS.
When can I expect my drop(s) to be shipped?
All of our drops are made in house and are printed at the time of order. Lead time for ready-made images is about 7-10 business days. If you need an item by a certain date please let us know prior to purchasing. We offer USPS Express and USPS Two Day Priority. Additional shipping costs will be necessary to ship Overnight for these two services. Costs will be calculated based on zip code location.
UPDATE: Due to current events USPS is experiencing some delays in scanning and delivering packages. We are doing all we can from our end to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, but once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any delays that might occur. We are happy to help as much as we can to make sure you get your order, but please be aware we do not have much control over Postal Deliveries.
As we monitor the COVID-19 situation around the world, our top priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community members while maintaining a consistent level of production. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and we are diligently following guidelines and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Customers may experience fulfillment delays due to statewide shutdown, social distancing, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our employees. Production may take longer than the typical 7 business days and could take as long as 10 business days.

All of our custom pieces are made to order so all custom sales are final. If the product you have received is defective or incorrect, we will be more than happy to replace it! Please contact us with your order number for details on how to go about this process. As part of the replacement, you will need to send full-sized photographs of the defective or wrong item and you may also be required to send the piece back to us.
