I wanted this cushion to work so desperately. I have chronic coccyx pain, not pelvic pain. I have tried at least a dozen different designs made from different materials. The company rep was very nice; however, he couldn’t guarantee that it would help me. I decided to try it after reading the great reviews. This cushion is very high quality; however, it did not work for the coccyx pain that I have. Also, I had a hard time getting comfortable on the cushion. I am very thin. I am 5’6” and weigh 112 pounds. My legs were hanging off the side edges, which hurt. The leg pads weren’t wide enough for me! I couldn’t seem to balance on it. I kept on sliding toward the middle. Therefore, if you have intractable coccyx pain, this is not the cushion for you. I am so disappointed. I hope it helps others.

This really helps my pelvic pain.

I was worried that this cushion would not be long enough, I have long legs. But it was perfect! Most cushions are too short and hurt the back of my legs! This is supportive, and keeps me from feeling pain. Well worth the money, Fast enough shipping. The material seems like it will last a long time. It is very firm, though. Not a memory foam type feeling. Not sure if long trips or sitting would work for me.

Would like a bit more memory otherwise its fantastic!

There were some problems with shipping that were not related to the actions of the product manufacturer. Regarding the product itself, I cannot recommend it more highly. Anyone who sits for extended periods understands the importance of a correct sitting surface. There are multiple products that are available that claim to provide the correct sitting surface to reduce the incidence/symptoms related to prolonged sitting. This one works.
