Sizing details

Sizing details will always be available in each listing! Most of my dollhouse items are suited best for 1:12 and 1:6, but I believe in the power of imagination, so let your creativity go wild!

If you'd like an item you see in a scale not listed, please message me! I'd love to create something for you in the scale you'd like.

How are items packaged?

Because many of my items are delicate, I take great care in ensuring they are packaged safely and arrive to you in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a small cardboard box, which is then padded in a bubble mailer. Items are always packed safe and snug on the way to their new homes!

Do you offer free shipping?

At the moment, no. However if you order more than 1 item the shipping cost will be bundled!

I want to be transparent with shipping costs to you. Each item is priced based on cost of materials and the time it takes to create. The cost of shipping will always be outlined for you upfront in each listing.

I also want to provide you with tracking information. Tracking is of benefit for many reasons - we all generally want to know when our package is going to arrive. These items are precious and oftentimes, one of a kind. I want to ensure your items are accounted for in the shipping process, and that there is insurance should you need it.

Hesitant to buy from a new shop?

Totally understandable! But, we all have to start somewhere. I may not have the review and sales numbers to compete with the best, but that will come with time. It is always my goal to ensure the absolute best experience for you as a buyer. I consider myself a bit of a perfectionist in the areas that matter most. Although I am fairly new to Etsy, I am not new to creating quality items and I am certainly not new to customer service, as I have dedicated my "regular" career to just that. Each item you receive is made to last, full of love, and one of a kind. I appreciate your support and I can't wait to continue to see our community grow!
