Announcement    Welcome to Duct Tape and Denim! We specialize in boho jewelry and rustic Christmas ornaments but during this time when our local shops are closed, we'll be sharing some of our rustic home decor, wall hangings, signs, and other vintage and handmade pieces.

    Thanks for visiting my Etsy shop! I love what I do here at Duct Tape and Denim and try to do my best to create what you want and get back to you as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any problems with your order.

    Items are created in a non-smoking, pet-free environment.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale
    Returns and exchange details
    If your order isn't as described you may send it back for a refund. The price will be refunded when the item is received.
    Payment
    Sales tax will apply to all buyers in Texas and any other states that require me to charge sales tax.
    Shipping
    Items will be carefully wrapped, in a jewelry box when possible, and shipped First Class USPS anywhere in the world. Priority is available for an additional fee.

    I'm currently shipping once a week, on Tuesdays. Everything that is paid by Monday morning will go out on Tuesday. In October and November, I'll be shipping twice a week. Then in December, I'll be shipping every day up until the 18th. After that, I'll continue to ship but you may not receive your package before Christmas. (See below.)

    Please make sure the address that Paypal and Etsy have on file are your correct, current address

    Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee when your package will arrive. When I print labels on Etsy you can track the package yourself by going to your order under "Purchases" and click the "Track Package" button. I’ve also found that the USPS doesn’t always scan packages at every step (especially in December).

    In the 13+ years I’ve been selling online I’ve only had TWO missing packages and (outside of December) still under TEN late packages. I’m in Texas and my small packages usually get anywhere in the US in THREE days. During December every year that can (but not always) increase to 7-10 days.
