Due to the nature of the items I create, there are no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, etc. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment
Paypal is accepted, and when I have been asked about how soon do I need to have the funds sent? The sooner payment is received the sooner I can package and ship your items.
Shipping
For PREMADE sculptures, jewelry, walking sticks and so on, packages are sent fairly quickly, most often within 48 hours.

Most physical items (Pet Urns, sculptures, walking sticks, ornaments, etc) are sent via USPS via the most economically priced option possible. If you prefer a more rapid arrival, please convo or email (DumansArk@yahoo.com) for the options&cost info.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Buyers are responsible for customs fees, & duty fees, VAT and so on.

Please Note ::: If you purchase a digital file and do not receive it within 48 hours, Please be sure to first check your Spam or Bulk Bin folder.
