Returns and exchanges
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed Priority Mail or First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.
We ship in the United States using USPS First Class shipping or, when over 13 ounces, USPS Priority Mail (in flat rate boxes if I can). All items are shipped within two business days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Canadian buyers - please allow up to 6 weeks for first class shipment to arrive.

We ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail.

We combine shipping on multiple purchases from my shop.

All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

If you have any questions or concerns about shipping prices, please feel free to contact me, especially if you're not in the United States. I'm happy to work with you.
Additional policies and FAQs
We leave feedback in batches after items have shipped.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other Etsy members.
