Frequently asked questions
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customer's responsible of shipping address. If order hasn’t been shipped yet, it's possible to change it (Please, contact us first).
If there’s any incomplete address, the courier will let us know & we’ll be get in touch with you via etsy message. We've a time frame of 4 days to provide the right information to the courier. If there isn't any answer within 4 days, the courier may throw the the package away or return to us (depends on each country policies/law). if the package return to us we may get charge. If the customer wants their order:
- Must pay for the shipping fee again.
- In case the courier threw the package, customer needs to order again.
- If we got charge for the package return & exceed the items cost itself, need order again.
EMS SHIPPING METHOD IS WARRANTED?
EMS Shipping method is not warranted will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It can occur delay in destination customs, specially in busy season. However, with EMS should arrive within 10 business days.
Make sure if you chose EMS as shipping method, send us your phone number that it is needed to shipping purpose.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship to the address on file you left when you ordered.
✰ Can be changed?
Yes! It can be change, if we haven't shipped your order. You need to send us a message and we will reply as as soon as we can, must wait a reply from us confirming that there is not problem in change the address.
✰ The address on file is wrong and my order has been shipped, what can I do?
At this point, from our side we can not do anything. But it may return to us if no one claim for it. As soon as we get it back, we will notify you.

Please, wait for us to get a reply from us between 24hrs to 48hrs because of the time difference. If you send us a message on your Friday night for us is already Saturday.
Why we do not accept cancellation?
We have opted for not accepting cancellation for many reasons:
1. Help to move faster in pack orders. Customer receive orders faster and thats what we aiming for, Fast delivery and good quality.
2. Having to cancel order in etsy does not means that items will go back in stock. It will stay as "sold out" items and we have to manually make them "available" for purchase. It is time consuming since we have a lot of orders per day and have many items in our store.
3. Cancellation hurts our shop metrics in etsy.
Because we dont accept cancellation, we have updated all our shipping time-frame for each product. On each product page and even at the basket page you will see the shipping time-frame.
