►If any item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. I save all receipts of packages shipped for up to 30 days. If an item is lost during shipping and you did not choose to purchase insurance, that will be your responsibility. I will work with you as much as possible should that be the case, however.

►If for some reason you are displeased with any item purchased from us, please let me know so I can try to rectify it. Returns/refunds will be at our discretion. If a return is agreed upon, item must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item was grossly misrepresented.

If you simply changed your mind, please attempt to destash it on your own rather than requesting a refund.

►Please note that sometimes stock photos are used to represent colorways. Some colorways may be from different dyelots and may appear slightly different than the listing. If you are unhappy with an item received appearing grossly different than represented, please contact me. If a colorway turns out very different than the stock photos, I do my best to take new photographs of the yarn to best represent it.

We accept PayPal for payment in U.S. funds. If you would like to pay with another method, please convo before purchasing.

Payment must be received at time of purchase. If you pay with an eCheck through PayPal, your purchase will not be shipped until your payment clears through PayPal.

►For your convenience and ours, we are adding "everywhere" as a shipping location so you can now purchase no matter where you are located. HOWEVER, there are unusual locations that are very expensive to ship to. If this occurs and shipping charges are higher than what is listed, we will send you an invoice for additional shipping. If you do not agree to pay the additional shipping charges, we will cancel the sale and refund your purchase price.

►Purchases are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. If you purchase on a day that is not a shipping day and you need your items urgently, please convo me to request your items be shipped ASAP.

►INTERNATIONAL buyers: Please note that it may take a little longer for your package to get to you. Packages can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive. I purchase and print your shipping through usps.com via first-class international mail. I request tracking information to be sent to you, but that does not always happen, and I have no control over that. If you would like to purchase insured shipping, please convo me for an estimate. Once your package is mailed, I have no control over the time it takes to get to you nor over the condition in which it arrives.

►Also, please note that we cannot declare a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.

When circumstances allow, we will take custom orders for our yarns and fibers. If you are interested in a custom order, please convo me. If you do place a custom order, payment will be required in advance. We can no longer place reserved listings in our store unless the items have been paid for.
