    Was very disappointed in the service provided, took approximately two months for the shirt to come with no information, dispatch date or communication from nikki/her team :( very very very upsetting!! My comments on instagram where getting deleted and none of my messages regarding the shirt were being answered! The only time i got anywhere was when i filed a case with etsy. Very disheartening especially because these shirts are going to a great cause and it worries me that the money may not be going there. Other than that the shirt is great. Horrible customer service that i hope no one else has to experience when purchasing a $70 t-shirt :(

    It took a month for my shirt to ship. Nikki didn’t update me about the delay when it was stated that the shirt should ship in 3-5 days or whatever. I messaged them on Etsy, asking for a refund because I was now moving houses—got no reply. Had to leave them a public comment on Instagram to get any attention. They messaged me with a short, unemotional shipping date that occurred a few days prior to my complaints. The shirt came like right away after they shipped it because I had to pay like $16 in shipping to Canada for priority. The comment I left on DykedDown Instagram was deleted along with another persons comment of the same nature. Not impressed at all with the lack of care for their customers after they advertised their website as the “go to” queer destination and community or whatever. I was deceived and hope others arent
