About

Design. Stare at it. Dream it. Create it.

My entire life I've loved art, staring at it, dreaming it, creating it. After graduating high school I set out for Pennsylvania College of Art & Design where I graduated with a BFA with concentration in graphic design. After graduation I found my job, but over the years I found my love of art and design fading away due to the monotony of it. That's when EAlexDesigns was born, it was time to bring myself back to what I love about art.

I began making birthday and wedding invitations and from there it took off. I love being a part of someone's special day, even if it's just in the details of design and some paper.

I believe in design. I don't believe in clip art. And above all I believe if you're paying me for a product then you're inspiring me to create, and that makes you a very important person.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
:: CANCELLATIONS ::

I will accept cancellations on orders within 1 hour of purchase. After one hour cancellations may be accepted if I have not shipped your ready-to-ship item or if I have not begun work on your printable or customized item. Once production has started cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellations will not be accepted for downloadable products after files have been downloaded.

:: SHIPPING DAMAGES ::

Though I take precautions when packaging, I know things can happen. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send me a picture & written details within 2 business days of receipt, I will then send a replacement.

:: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ::

Due to the custom nature of some of my products I can not offer returns on custom or printable items. If your item arrives damaged, please see above.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for downloadable products after you have downloaded the files.

Returns are accepted for my ready-to-ship items as long as I am notified first. Please send me an Etsy convo within 2 business days of receipt for approval (EU based customers have 14 days), please include your invoice number and the reason for return. Returns will not be accepted for reasons clearly stated in a listing information. (EXAMPLE- "Poster did not arrive in a frame." The listing clearly states, "This listing is for the poster only. Listing does not include frame or matte.") Refunds will be given AFTER I have received the item back, less the price of shipping the item to you. Return shipping is your responsibility.

I do not allow exchanges.

:: MISSING / DELAYED PACKAGES ::

UNITED STATES- USPS tracking is included on all shipments, tracking numbers are included in your Etsy shipping notice.

If your package has not been marked as delivered within the time frame established by Etsy please contact me asap. I will contact USPS and request they locate the package, please keep in mind it can take up to five business days for them to contact me back. If your package arrives during this time please let me know so I can close the claim. It is also suggested that you contact your local post office to be sure it isn't waiting there. If USPS cannot locate your package, or it has been destroyed I will sent a replacement.

If your package has been marked as delivered you are responsible for contacting USPS to locate the package. I am not responsible for mail theft, USPS error or mail carrier misconduct and you must discuss the issue with USPS or police department. I will provide any necessary information to the USPS or police if needed.

INTERNATIONAL- Tracking is not universally available across all international borders.

You are responsible for contacting your local customs or mail service if a package is not delivered in a timely manner. I will replace or refund a package if you provide proof that your package was destroyed or declared lost by your local postal service.
Payment
I accept payment via PayPal, Etsy Gift Card, and all major credit cards. Payment in full must be made before production will begin on your order, this includes all custom orders.

Please note that orders paid via PayPal eCheck can take 3-5 days to process before your order will be started.
Shipping
All items will be shipped to the address on file with Etsy, if this address is incorrect please send me an Etsy convo immediately following your purchase or write it in the notes to seller as you check out. I cannot be held responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address.

If a package can not be delivered due to customer error, you may either pay for a replacement shipping label to have the item shipped out again or can have the item price refunded once it is back in my possession.

:: INTERNATIONAL ::

Depending on your country and customs departments international shipping could take an extra 2-4 weeks, please take this extra processing time into consideration when placing your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, domestic taxes, or other fees incurred. The shipping cost you pay at checkout is only for the shipping label and packaging materials.

Please remember that the color you see on your monitor may not be an exact match to the actual printed product. Please take this into account when placing your order. You are welcome to Etsy convo me for a sample file to test colors at your printer of choice before placing your order.
