Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We offer a 14-Day money back guarantee or exchange. The 14-Day count starts on the day you received your package based on the tracking information we provided.

**This guarantee is not valid or honored with modified, custom, rushed, layaway, financed, and split payment items. Ring sizes are not considered customized.**

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange within the 14-Day period please follow these instructions:

1 - Contact us via Etsy. Let us know that you want to initiate a refund or exchange (you are only eligible for 1 exchange).

2 - Items must be returned in new/unused condition including the appraisal, box, and other paperwork that originally shipped with the item.

3 - An RMA number will be given. Please place this number outside the box. A return/exchange without an RMA will be refused and sent back. Any items returned without an RMA number are subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. (Any modified, custom, rushed, layaway, financed, and split payment items CANNOT and WILL NOT be honored a refund or exchange).

4 - Once an RMA number has been issued, please send the item to the address provided return address (this address will come with your issued RMA number).

Note, you, the customer are responsible to pay for return shipping. You are responsible to ship with signature confirmation and tracking information. Also, if at all possible, do not ship with USPS, as USPS has a high-risk percentage of losing or misdelivered packages.

You must ship the item back within three (3) business days (Weekends and all forms of holidays are not counted/included) of being issued an RMA number. Please provide us with tracking information once the eligible item(s) for return/exchange is/are shipped. If it is not shipped within this time frame a new RMA number must be requested.

If you reside outside of the USA, you are responsible to ship the item back for a return/exchange.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Failure to ship the item back with signature confirmation will void your return/exchange.

5 - Upon receiving the package, please allow 1 to 2 business days (Weekends and all forms of holidays are not counted/included) to inspect the item(s) and to confirm that there were no modifications done or damage caused by the customer. Any modified or missing stones/gold weight will be charged to the customer.

6 - If the item(s) pass inspection, a refund/exchange will be made. This excludes the original shipping charge.

Payment
PAYMENT POLICY

1 - We accept Paypal and Credit Cards processed directly via Etsy checkout.

2 - Note, all items are made-to-order and full payment is required before it can be processed unless prior arrangements have been made upon ordering.

3 - Layaway, financed, and split payment items require full payment before the item can be shipped. **These items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.**

4 - All orders will ship once your final payment has been received and when the item has been made and appraised (please note, that not all items will have appraisals).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact your country's local customs office regarding taxes & duties prior to purchasing.

We are not responsible for any additional fees you may need to pay. Each country has different rates/fees and procedures. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible to reimburse the customer of the fees paid for by the customer.

**Should your order be held in customs, this is beyond our control and scope of responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If in the event they require additional documentation from us, please let us know.**
Shipping
All our pieces are made-to-order and it takes 5 to 10 business days (Weekends and all forms of holidays, not counted/included) for us to make your jewelry from the date of purchase. Once the jewelry is made, it will be shipped via the following methods:

a. USA or DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship via FedEx (with tracking information, fully insured with the amount you paid for, and with signature confirmation).

Should there be any problems or unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, accidents, or other unexpected issues, these are out of our control and scope of responsibility.

Note, all packages are shipped with signature confirmation. Please make sure that there is someone available to sign for it. We do not ship to USPS receiving facilities as FedEx will not leave the package with them (they will also void insurance if this is the case). If you do not have someone available to sign for the package, please let us know and we can have the package held for pickup at the nearest FedEx receiving facility.

b. CANADA ORDERS
We will need a working email address and phone number prior to shipping as FedEx requires these for all Canada bound shipments.

We ship via FedEx (with tracking information, fully insured with the amount you paid for, and with signature confirmation). Estimated to arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Weekends and all forms of holidays are not counted/included).

Please expect a delay with customs as time frames vary on a case-to-case basis. Also, be prepared, in case you need to pay duties or taxes; although this is not the case for every order.

**Should your order be held in customs, this is beyond our control and scope of responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If in the event they require additional documentation from us, please let us know.**

c. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
