As soon as I heard that you never received the Turtle Doves I have fully refunded you today. I posted them on the 1st December. The UK has had postal strikes which has delayed, lost and damaged many items over this December period and has been a massive disappointment for people relying on the Royal mail service. Sorry for this disappointment. Liz
