ELM gave me a promotion code for free shipping but the did not inform me of how long it would take for me to receive my order (my fault for not asking). I've now been waiting for a month and have tried contacting the store twice to no avail. I just want a refund at this point. Their products are not cheap and with the stress of trying to contact them, it is not worth it.
