We are a nonprofit organization exclusively benefiting Seattle Children's COVID-19 research efforts. Our fundraising proceeds will help Seattle Children's advance promising research--so findings can best serve their patients, families, our community, and the world!

Expression through art gives hope during unprecedented times. The EMERGE Junior Guild presents “Strokes of Hope”, their first virtual art fundraiser for Seattle Children’s COVID-19 Research Fund, live from August 12-28th! Purchase donated artworks from promising artistic talents, both local and global, on our Etsy page! Our Etsy store showcases many relevant pieces and special features, such as serene sceneries and COVID-19, considering the current pandemic the world is experiencing. By supporting the EMERGE Junior Guild, you’re helping Seattle Children’s unlock the mystery of COVID-19 in children, identify therapies and prepare for the future.



Featured Artist: Rethika Ravi

My name is Rethika Ravi and I am originally from Bangalore, India. I create to find peace and enter another realm of imagination! I specialise in Digital Art and I focus on matters of daily life and portraits of mystical creatures! I also like to work on traditional landscapes.

My art style includes a lot of colours and showcases my love for creating new characters and bringing them to life! I am motivated by my friends, family and other artists and I have been creating art for 7 years! I connect with the art community by posting my artwork on Instagram on @rethika.illustration ! It’s an honour and pleasure to donate artwork to the EMERGE Junior Guild to support Seattle Children’s COVID-19 Research Fund!



Featured Artist: Vinathi Kanna

As a professionally trained artist with education in several mediums of paint, I am a perpetual student continuing my education from well renowned artists in Seattle. After working with experts such as Elizabeth Kincaid and Ann Breckon with different styles I developed my own style of painting through layering and capturing light. I also pride myself as an educator, trying to pay forward the gift of knowledge I received. I currently train students of all ages on weekends from my home studio, educating them in paint and sketch.
