My philosophy is if you do not like it, then don't buy it. If you like it, then buy it before it's too late. Life is too short for hesitation. I operate my shop with honesty and not out to scam anyone. :) I do believe in karma so treat other with respect and honesty.

Please remember slow your jewelry from tarnish, put it in a zip lock bag.
Payment Type: Pay Pal only
Customized pieces require 50% down payment. Cancellation will result in Buyer surrendering the down payment.
Package would be shipped USPS. To upgrade shipping, buyer will pay for the cost of new method.
Refunds and Exchanges
I ship items with delivery confirmation. If you purchased earrings and it's not exactly what you wanted, you can exchange it if you notify me the day of the delivery recorded on file of the date of confirmation. This is to assure that you did not wear the item because I do know want to sell worn items to other customers. You would have to pay for the shipping, but you get the same earhooks that you purchased for sanitary purposes. I will not accept/offer or offer those same earhooks to other customers because I am not sure if it was ever worn or tried on.
As for necklaces/bracelet, if it broke (which I haven't had a return for that yet) you have 30 days from the day of delivery confirmation to notify me, I can fix it for free, but shipping will be on you because I am not sure how you have handled the item.
International shipments are exempt from this policy. Thanks.

Items are handmade and made with love. Some items are one of a kind pieces that are not able to be duplicated, so shop til you drop before you miss out :)
