Direct payment is expected at the time of your purchase.
On Hold: Items are no longer eligible to be put on hold due to multiple bad experiences and outcomes. Maximum on hold orders can be for 24 hours.
If you have asked for information on an item, it does not automatically imply that you wish to put that item on hold. The item is still for sale and may be purchased in between inquiries.
Shipments are sent out at least once a week.
At Ether, we assure you that your package will be shipped honestly and accordingly.
All shipments are regular, untracked post unless otherwise requested.
Ether is not responsible for any lost mail or incidents after the package is left at the post office. On an event that a package is not received or returned via post office, a refund will be made without the shipping amount. Since the shipping amount has already been paid to Canada Post, the money is not included in the total return. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us by post, another shipping payment must be made for the item to be re-sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
Garters may be refunded upon 3 days of receiving them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase due to any sort of damages, please inform me with pictures to see what can be done and for further compensation. If you are qualified for a full refund under a certain circumstance, shipping fees cannot be returned, as they have already been spent.
As usual, please make sure you check the sizing and other inquiries you may have before purchasing.
