EWMcCall's Shop Policies
Our items are all one of a kind. We do not use patterns, so duplicating can become complicated. HOWEVER, we are happy to work with custom orders... colors, styles, etc. and will try to accommodate your request. You are under no obligation to buy if you don't LOVE it! Sometimes our work is done by an individual... many times it is a collaboration. We use recycled, upcycled, as well as brand new materials. Thank you for taking time to see what we are all about.
We accept paypal and credit cards via paypal. We will accept money orders and checks. This however, is a slower process as we have to wait until the money clears before we ship the order.
If you reserve an item, we will notify you during the first week that payment is due. In the email you will get a link to your specific order to make it as easy as possible. After two weeks (or 10 business days) we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and relist the product. We will send final notice prior to cancellation.
We are willing to ship anywhere!! We usually ship USPS with tracking, but if you request another carrier, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let us know if you are not fully satisfied with your product and we will do our best to make things right. Each circumstance is different and therefore will be handled on an individual basis.
