We prefer PayPal but will accept money orders, International bank drafts and credit cards as well. If you don't have a PayPal account, contact me and I can send you an invoice for your purchase, or call you can get your credit card information. When I send you an invoice through PayPal it also explains how to quickly and easily set up your very own PayPal account with most major credit cards.
I will ship EXOvault items to anywhere in the world. The shipping charges listed are for Priority Mail USA and Priority Mail International (the rest of the world). If you are in the USA, you will be able to easily track your package using Priority Mail. If you are outside the USA, it is not possible to track your package after it leaves the USA. If you do need to track your package, please contact me and we can set up Express International shipping, which is 16.00 more and allows you to track your package.

I will be happy to ship any purchase EXPRESS- please contact me if you wish to do this and I will do my best to take care of you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Yes we do accept returns within 1 week of delivery to your address because of obvious damage to the product, or do to some other reasons. Returns are not common, so I would appreciate it if you could please contact me and discuss the reason for the return via email: exovault [!at] gmail.com.
