Due to inventory error the item I bought was no longer available even do it was listed on the store as available. This shop quickly resolved the situation by refunding the money I had paid. He also sincerely apologized for the error. I would have loved to received the pot but I understand we are all human and mistakes do happen. All is well that ends well. I will definitely order again from this shop. Thank you.

Simply the BEST POTS. I have bought four pots from Jack and they are the best made pots. Jack goes out of his way to please his customers. Will buy again!!!!
I’ve been a potter for over 40 years. In 1996 I met a bonsai master, Suthin, who inspired me. I started growing and collecting trees soon thereafter. I am largely self-taught, but I’ve had the good fortune to study under a number of masters. In 1997 I purchased a potter’s wheel and kiln and began making my own pots. I have since won numerous awards with local nurseries and clubs. I lecture on bonsai, bonsai carving, styling, and making pots. Since 2009 I’ve devoted myself to bonsai full-time, working on pots and trees, which includes a few Nick Lenz trees.
