2 out of 5 starsOrdered two necklaces and they took a while to get here which I understand with usps and everything going on this year. However, after waiting so long for the necklaces to arrive I was very disappointed in the quality. The designs seemed a bit faded in areas on the front of the necklaces and there were scratches on the back of the necklaces. My daughter has ordered this style of jewelry before from different shops who will not sell the jewelry if the back looks damaged like these did. Was not worth the price for the quality received.

I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. I am more than willing to refund any order that the purchaser is unhappy with. I can not do anything about the length of time it took to arrive. Like most packages this past Christmas many were held up for an extended period and it is out of the sellers' hands unfortunately. The blemishes on the backside of the discs that, I believe, you are referring to are a direct result of the hand stamping process. The jewelry is stamped with an actual hammer that leaves an impression on the back of the metal. All hand stamped jewelry contain these blemishes on the backside. Again, if you would like a refund on your order I am more than happy to oblige. Thank you.
