VERY strong magnets, no need to worry about them falling off.

They flatten temporarily while in use. Their fragile, do not drop they shatter easily. The magnet has enough pressure to flatten and stay on as intended. Just wondering do I have to wear these forever or will it eventually dissolve. The look and feel are much more pleasing than the boomerang looking pressure earrings.

Returns and exchange details
Earlums mission, is to provide the best products and customer service to all customers, at reasonable prices. We take great pride in our products, as each are handmade, and our commitment to our customers. We respect and value our customers and we expect the same in return.
NOTE: Polite and positive attitude/requests, rather than rude demands/threats and negativity, will be greatly welcomed and appreciated.
Defective/missing merchandise MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, the product will be considered to be to your satisfaction and later reports/inquiries/refunds will be denied. Please note that defective merchandise will be checked for buyer misuse and a restocking fee might be assessed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply, return your item for a refund minus S&H. You will need to contact us, before your return is made. We only accept returns within 7 days from the date it has been received. Returns may be subject to a 15-50% restocking fee based on several factors, including but not limited to: overall merchandise condition, time frame listed, and reason for return.

We ship your order within 24 hours sometimes sooner M-F via USPS First Class with tracking & delivery confirmation which generally takes from 3-6 business days to arrive.
Tracking numbers will be provided and used as “proof of shipment”
Signature Confirmation will be added to your order upon request. Many customers DO NOT LIKE to go to the post office and look for the package if they missed the home delivery. Please contact us if you would like to have the package shipped with Signature Confirmation ($3.25 additional fee). A human signature will be required in order to complete delivery of your package. If you know that no one will be available to sign for the package at your delivery please go to your post office with the note left by the postman and pick up your package.
We are *NOT* responsible for the loss or theft of your package once it has left our location and it has been received/entered in the USPS data system. It is the buyer responsibility to have the order shipped to a secure address.

Customs charges are applied to imports into the EU/UK with a value over 15 Euros. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and your package gets returned to us, we will issue a full refund of the purchase when we get it back.

Your order will be shipped USPS First Class Economy International. Please allow 3-4 weeks sometimes longer, for delivery and be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country, as all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. According to law, all packages will be shipped marked as "Merchandise", made in U.S.A. at full price value. ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES LEVIED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Earlums cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take a long time to be cleared by customs. We cannot take action on "missing" international items. Once a package has left U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the USPS customs number, unless the receiving country is updating it. Once again, please understand that we can't guarantee delivery by any certain date. Contact us, if you require a faster shipping method or international tracking and insurance.
We're happy to check into available options, specific to you. The cost will be highly increased. :(
If for any reason your order gets returned, Earlums will fully refund the purchase price back to the buyers account.
However, S&H Fees Domestic and International are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless the reason!
Due to poor delivery rate, Earlums will not ship orders to INDIA, CHINA, SOUTH AFRICA and United Arab Emirates. All orders will be cancelled as soon as received.
We cannot control or take action on USPS packages/shipments marked: DEPARTED/TRANSIT/DELIVERED.
Package didn’t arrive and USPS tracking shows: DELIVERED
Earlums.com will not issue refunds for packages marked DELIVERED by the USPS. We suggest that you check with the Postman, Post Office management, neighbors and anyone who also shares the residence. Buyer will contact the custom/postal office in their district for additional information/recovery.
If you think that your mail has been tampered with, file a claim ASAP with the USPS. (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx)

We will insure orders over $100. If you would like insurance on your parcel, please contact us prior to making a purchase, so we can adjust the invoice.

PACKAGING and HANDLING
We package all our products, as carefully as possible. Each order comes in a padded bubble envelope or box. Please note that our S&H prices, reflect the cost of shipping, boxes, labels, packaging and labor.
