Welcome to my shop! My purses, wristlets, wallets, ID wallets, and other accessories are all handmade by me in the USA using quality supplies and fabrics. Please read through all of my policies before purchasing. If you have any questions, please message me. I do my best to respond to messages within 24 hours.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me, and I will work with you to make it right! You must contact me BEFORE returning an item. All returns and exchanges must be made within one week of delivery and will be accepted only if items are in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging (or similar). If an item is returned using a different manner of packaging, it could be damaged during the return. If I receive a returned item in damaged condition, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, but will receive a 50% credit of the purchase price. Note - this does not apply to items that you receive damaged - see below.

Buyer is responsible for sending the item(s) back. Once the item is received, a refund of the purchase price (minus any s/h charges) will be made or the item selected for exchange will be sent. Additional policies apply to custom orders. See below for more information.

For lost orders, the following applies:

US Domestic orders - 30 days before refund or replacement (if possible)
International orders - 6 weeks before refund or replacement (if possible)

For damaged orders, the following applies:

The same time frame applies to damaged items as stated previously. Please contact me within the time frame and submit detailed photos of the item and packaging that clearly shows the damage. Once the item is returned (I will pay the return shipping for damaged items), I will refund or replace the item.

For custom orders, the following applies:

Custom orders for most items in my shop are always welcome. All items are handmade and therefore one of a kind. Custom work is non-refundable and requires up-front payment. The custom order process involves an in-depth back and forth with you in order to ensure the item(s) being made will be 100% correct. Once we have agreed on your custom piece, including fabrics, styles, pattern, delivery dates, etc., I will create a private, custom listing for you. Full payment is expected at that time before I will order any materials and/or begin working on the design. Final photos of the item(s) will be sent to you for approval. It is at that time that any changes should be requested. Therefore, there are no returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the item is received in damaged condition (see above).
I accept most forms of payment using Etsy's Direct checkout, which includes credit cards, Etsy Gift Cards, and Paypal. In the US, Klarna installment payments are available on orders between $50 USD and $250 USD (after discounts and before shipping and tax).

If using Paypal, funds can be taken from your funded account, or if you do not have an account, you can still use your credit card or bank debit card (with a Visa or MC logo) to make your purchase.

2021 Holiday Cut-Off Dates

My shop will be closed from December 22-26. Due to delays and issues with the USPS, I recommend ordering by the following dates for holiday gifts.

-- For a CUSTOM order (different fabric, different product than what I have listed, etc.), order by October 31st for US customers (by October 15th for international/non-US customers)

-- For any item in my shop, order by November 28th for US customers (by November 7th for international/non-US customers)

November 14, 2021 (11/14/2021) is the last day for custom orders until 2022. My shop will be open again for custom orders starting 1/3/2022.

The last day for ANY order is December 21st, before I close my shop. I will finish and ship any orders received up through December 21st, but I cannot guarantee your item will arrive for Christmas.


Usually I can ship your item out within a few days, but if I have a lot of orders, or if you want to order custom fabric, it will take a bit longer. I ship everything first class through the USPS and tracking is included. Once the package is picked up by USPS, I have no control over it or how long it will take to arrive. If you are having issues with receiving your package, I can try to help, but usually the sender can't do much, and it's up to the recipient to contact them to follow up.

If you would like priority shipping and/or insurance, please contact me to arrange additional shipping. International buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Note: For international orders, once the package leaves the US, it's possible that it will be held up in customs, so while some orders may arrive in a week or 10 days, some can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Holidays: To guarantee arrival for any holiday, you must place your order 2 weeks before the holiday for US orders and 4 weeks before the holiday for anywhere outside the US. Again, you can message me to arrange priority shipping if you are interested, but based on my current workload, I still might not be able to complete your order, and will let you know accordingly.

For all packages (Domestic and International), I charge a standard shipping fee. If I can ship for less, any difference will be refunded.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

1) Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2) Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
3) Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Care instructions

Spot cleaning for all items is the only recommended cleaning method. Do not machine wash items made with any vinyl or cork. DO NOT dry the ID wallets or anything with vinyl accents in the dryer, as it will melt the vinyl. Steam press, but again, take care not to melt any vinyl. Press from the back side if needed or try a pressing cloth.

Sizing details

Sizing information is provided with all listings. However, the ID Wallets measure approximately 5.5" wide x 3.75" tall, which is larger than many of the ID wallets available from mass producers. Please read each listing carefully and view all the photos to make sure you will be happy with your purchase. Contact me with any questions.

What is the difference between Wallet style and Lanyard Style?

Wallet style is like a standard ID wallet, as shown in the first photo of the wallet listings. The ID pocket opens along the top where the zipper is, and the keyring is located closer to the top/zip as well.

Lanyard style means the ID pocket opens on the short side with the keyring, and the keyring is centered along that side so it would hang straight when worn on a lanyard around your neck (like an ID/badge holder). A picture showing Lanyard style is included with the wallet listings.
