Cute item, only issue I had was communicating with the seller. I got my order super late. I truly think it was just an accident on their part and I’m not mad or upset. I like the item, and the extra gift they included, so I guess overall it was worth the long wait.

The headband itself is very cute and as described. But the order took a full month to arrive, and I think it would’ve been even later if I hadn’t sent multiple messages to the shop. I completely understand that a lot is going on right now, and no one buys from Etsy expecting Amazon shipping, but sellers should be honest with buyers up front if you’ll be delayed that much. A simple message letting me know would’ve sufficed, but instead I had to repeatedly send messages in order to glean any information about the order status.

I had high hopes as this picture was very cute, bu this headband is incredibly thin in real life. Further, the shipping was very delayed (which is fine, we’re all expecting a slow down of life right now) but I contacted the shop 3 times and never heard a response.

We LOVE our ears and got loads of compliments on them (mostly from cast members) all day long! Jacki went above and beyond in making sure we had exactly what we wanted. Incredible customer service and so quick to make the order and have it ready before our day at Animal Kingdom. Could not recommend this shop more! ❤️

The customer service was perfect, even received a personnel note when realizing it was my own fault about the hurricane.

WOW! This headband is adorable. Very comfy and so cute!!! Fast service. I will be ordering more.

The headband is pretty good, I would say the knot is a bit smaller than I expected and because of how tightly it’s on the band it cinches in and looks a little funny. I’m not a huge fan of the visible glue where it was glued to the band rather than sewn. Shipping took forever. I ordered on July 5 and my order was supposed to ship by July 10. I got a shipment notification on July 12, and then the item wasn’t picked up by USPS until July 17. I’m an Etsy seller and I know USPS doesn’t just sit on an item for 5 days.

Headband is exactly as described, and matches the photo on seller's listing exactly! Headband is very comfortable for all day wear, and is wonderfully designed with the crown and holly berries. Very sturdy also so I don't have to worry when placing it in a backpack in the parks. I bought this as a gift, and she wore it all Christmas day and said she absolutely loved it. Wonderful customer service and fast shipping too. Thank you!
