*It's your responsibility to provide me with an accurate and safe shipping address. I'm sorry, I can't be held responsible for your package being stolen or lost once it has been scanned as delivered, and it cannot be reshipped without reordering, sorry. Please call USPS and or the police. I will however always try to help you locate your package if it hasn't been scanned as delivered. All my shipments come with a tracking number. If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, or has been refused and has to be reshipped, the cost to reship is the customers and must be paid in advance, even if it shipped free the first time. I will only ship an item/order free once.

**** RETURNS that are accepted, that have no damage or discrepancies, will incur a restocking fee of 15%. This is to help offset boxing, packaging materials, shipping costs and labor that I have lost and don't want to pass on to other customers as higher prices. I'm a one woman shop not a big box retailer.... But I do ship better and often as fast and I'm here to help. Please look at all the pictures and read the entire description. I will be glad to convo you with more pictures/info until you are confident in your purchase.

*If your package has been damaged in transit, you must keep every piece of it for a claim and it may require pictures. When I've agreed to accept a return that has no damage, it must be packed as I sent it, returned ready to resell. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer unless it's my mistake, rare but does happen. I promise to Always make a speedy fix, including return shipping if it's my bad! I'm proud to say that in over 650 orders I have only had ONE complete loss due to damage and a few lost packages that were found. We are super packers..read the reviews!

***Please allow some variation of color, shape and size on multiples that I pick for you, I wouldn't send you something I wouldn't want in my own collection, I handpick most every item. I do my best to describe and photograph every piece accurately, however crystals and other natural earth treasures are perfectly imperfect. Unless I state" perfect, no imperfections, or museum quality", you can expect it to possibly have some tiny imperfection. Again there's slight imperfection and then there is damage. Convo me, if you EVER have any concern or questions, I like being helpful and appreciate your business.

I have established relationships with many companies that direct source Gemstone products from all over the world. 2018 is my first year on Etsy, but I owned a storefront for almost two decades. I hand pick almost every single item I sell, and only reorder a crystal after I have established the quality of the Stone. My goal is to carry the highest quality possible without the high end price tag. My workshop is non smoking, private, and full of great Aromatherapy products and good vibes. I don’t sell at shows and my stones have not been over handled. I only clean a stone with my own great well water, or occasionally Rosewater. I pack all orders myself and pay great attention to packing.

I do offer wholesale prices to stores, and certain Health Care professionals. The items offered are mostly my aromatherapy line which I have been hand crafting for many years.
